I am very honored to receive this award from two incredible bloggers: Nicole Rose and Adelaide Thompson! Thank you so much to both of these wonderfully kind ladies. (:

How my blog got started: 

I really enjoy writing, and writing helps me think things through. I have a passion for finding the beauty in life and I want to share that with others. Adam Young also was a major inspiration for the first blog that I set up (in early 2011). His lyrics were also the inspiration behind the name for this blog "content like a panda bear // still breathing the fresh mountain air."

Advice for New Bloggers:

In all honesty, I feel like I'm pretty new to this myself but here's my advice:

Write for yourself and God. Don't write to impress others or get followers, because your writing will end up dry and unoriginal, and you will be frustrated. Just be yourself and write about things that are important to you. If you feel uninspired, don't force yourself to write something. Just wait until you are inspired to write, because what you write when you are inspired will be a million times better than what you write just because you feel like your followers are expecting to hear from you.

Also, try to give your blog a design that will get across your "feel" - something that will strengthen your overall impression that you want to send home to readers. I'm constantly trying to improve my blog so that it will get my point across better, if that makes any sense at all ;)

I know this isn't 15 nominations, but since I'm kinda new to this I don't know that many blogs. Also, I tried to pick people that haven't done it before, but if you have done it or you don't want to, that's totally fine! Just know that I think your blog is pretty cool (:
